In a market where digital giants like Amazon have spearheaded online shopping, Zara’s fast fashion model is at a crossroads. Alongside two collaborators, we created a comprehensive rebrand to move Zara away from "quick-turn" retail and into the realm of sustainable luxury. We conducted a deep dive into Zara's market tactics and identified the need for high production value over high-volume output. With this rebrand, Zara can go on to stand alongside major brands like Gucci and Louis Vuitton without breaking a sweat.
